Lizzo set to launch shapewear line this April | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

Move over Skims, there’s a new kid on the block. Pop-star Lizzo announced the debut of her very own shapewear line: YITTY in partnership with Fabletics.

Lizzo introduces YITTY, a line of shapewear that’s all about inclusivity

Created with the ethos of self-love, radical inner confidence, and effortless, everyday wear, the brand is gearing up for its first release with three unique collections. First is Nearly Naked, a second-skin-like, lightweight, and seamless line of shapewear designed to accentuate your curves in all the right places. Second is Mesh Me a line of versatile wardrobe staples that can be worn from day to night. Last is Major Label, a variety of everyday lifestyle pieces.

With body positivity and inclusivity at its core, the brand’s size range impresses with pieces ranging from XS to 6X. YITTY also steps out of the box with its daring selection of colors and made-to-be-seen patterns. The brand also takes into account its environmental impact with over 65 percent of its fabrics being crafted from recycled fibers, and 100% of their packaging created from recycled materials.

YITTY features three different lines: Nearly Naked, Mesh Me, and Major Label

In a press release for the brand, Lizzo got candid about what inspired her to start her line in the first place stating: Instead of thinking about size in this linear way, we’re thinking about it on a spectrum where everyone is included. Everyone’s size is just their size. It’s not high, it’s not low. It’s not big, it’s not small. It’s just your size.”

YITTY officially launches on April 12th, 2022 at 8:00 AM PST, and will be available at their online store, as well as select Fabletics retail stores in the United States.
