Derived from the word ‘Filipiniana’, Fina will be the destination restaurant for the best Filipino specialties from Cebu and other regions of the country, punctuated by the promise of an authentic Filipino dining experience.
Fina’s menu collection of well-known dishes will take its guests to a culinary journey of the best in the Philippines paying homage to sought after delicacies from various regions. Fina’s signature specialties include Cebu’s famous Bellychon, Angus beef tapa and, chorizo de Cebu. Filipino seafood favorites such as the Fresh Kinilaw na Tanigue, Crispy Sweet and Spicy Dilis, and crowd favorites like Lechon Kawali, Filipino-style fried chicken, Crispy Pata, and Kare-Kare all form part of Fina’s offerings. The food selection is complemented by specialty drinks, crafted cocktails and classic Filipino desserts such as Halo-Halo, Mango Float and Leche Flan.
The design and aesthetics of Fina aims to showcase Filipino flair, served in a personal welcoming touch, and decorated with local design elements. The restaurant aims to be distinguished through the distinct Filipino service culture that solicits comfort and familiarity set in a contemporary Filipino space.
Fina will be under the lead of Chef Martin Rebolledo who has had more than 20 years of experience in banquet and culinary operations in the Philippines and Asia.
