Tuesday Vargas mixes pleasure with business

Even while on vacation in Europe, singer Tuesday Vargas earns money, mixing business with pleasure.

Vargas engaged in what marketers describe as “pasabuy,” as can be seen in her Instagram page, June 19, where she shared some photos of her buying spree.

“Hindi lang byahera, negosyante din! Salamat po sa lahat ng nagpa-pasabuy sa Europa at kahit paano naka bawi tayo sa gastusin habang nandito. Ganun lang, talinuhan lang natin,” she said in her post.

(Not only a tripper, also a businessman. Thank you to all those who engaged in pasabuy in Europe, at least we were able to recoup the expenses while here. That is it, we should just be smart.)

Vargas thanked fellow Filipinos who became her friends and who helped her during her last day in Rome, particularly one Francis who helped her in the hotel and Emman who acted as her tour guide, PA and personal shopper, all rolled into one.

“Tara! Uwi na tayo at naghihingalo na ang credit card. Hahaha! Salamat ulet sa mga bumili at bibili pa. DM nyo lang ako if may need kayo kasi babalik pa ako sa Europe sa July for work,” she said.

(Go! Let’s go home because my credit card has ben maxed out [laughs]. Thank you again to those who bought and will buy. Please send me a direct message if you have a need because I will be back in Europe for July for work.)

In another post last June 18, Vargas said her trip to Rome was a trip like no other.

“I will never forget this city. It is one of my favorites in the world. It truly is eternal as the Romans say, filled with art culture and flavors that will stand the test of time,” she said. “This trip was made even more memorable as it was capped with a dinner date that is one for the books.”

She particularly thanked fellow comedian Eugene Domingo for playing the “big sister” to her “and to travel all this way from Parma” just to see her. JB
