It is no wonder Chef Gilbert’s restaurants are consistently good, have staying power and are on the top of many lists. How he feeds you at his home is how he feeds you in his establishments. Delicious fare, so much thought into every detail and an experience that’s just so zen and delightful at the same time.

I was lucky enough to dine at Chef Gilbert Pangilinan’s new home along with some friends through the invite of his wife, my good friend, Bianca. This artsy couple and their chic home and garden is an oasis in the middle of Makati. Lucky for you, what he served us can easily be ordered from his catering menus and restaurants provided the items are in season. Aside from our splendid food, his sauces were a total party in my palate and I still crave for them these days.
