WATCH: Kim Chiu takes on stretching exercises post-duathlon

Still reeling from her duathlon competition over the weekend, “It’s Showtime” host Kim Chiu continues her exercise regimen to keep herself fit.

“Stretching improves your performance in physical activities. Decrease your risk of injuries. Help your joints move through their full range of motion,” she stated in her Instragram page today, July 20, while showing herself doing a stretching exercise with some assistance.

“Increase muscle blood flow and enable your muscles to work most effectively plus improves your ability to do daily activities,” she added.

She also showed a short video of the duathlon competition she participated in, last Sunday, July 17. Chiu was particularly excited about the competition as it marked her return to joining duathlons.
