Actress Dimples Romana is mighty proud of her daughter Callie’s progress in her aviation course, but she reminds her to enjoy her youth and have fun even while studying.
Romana did so as she showed a “proof of life from my future Captain.”
“Hi Ate @callieahmee and Brooke! So nice to see your happy faces,” she said in her Instagram post today, Aug. 18, where she showed Callie with her instructor Brooke. Romana pointed out that her daughter is “the ONLY girl in her batch of student pilots.”
“What a proud moment for us! Lagi kong pinapaalalahanan (I always remind her) to just never forget to be a kid. She’s only 18 but with how fast her school has been training them in flying, I always worry she may not be having as much FUN in the process,” Romana explained. “Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for being all serious with school and college. Pero, bata pa lang din sya (But she’s also still just a kid). Her YOUTH only comes once.”
“You make me proud everyday ate @callieahmee. Thank God for his continuous provision, Dad @papaboyetonline is able to still be there for you while you go through all these milestones in your amazingly colorful life!” the actress said. “I’m cheering you on from afar! Along with two of your brothers who sleep on different timezones as well.”
“Here’s to making happiness and PLAY and FUN, part of making one’s dreams come to life!” she cheered her daughter. “You’re making us [your parents] look sooo good, kid!” JB
