Okay, many people are skeptical about Antoni Porowski’s cooking skills. And I guess that will be put to test or maybe honed when the Fab Five visits Japan for a four-part special dubbed Queer Eye: We’re in Japan!
In this special, Antoni, Tan, Karamo, Bobby, and Jonathan will learn more about Japanese culture and enhance their respective skills. According to a tweet from @seewhatsnext, “The Fab Five will work with local tastemakers to make-better a new group of heroes, while they learn and experience Japanese cuisine, fashion, design, grooming and culture firsthand in a four-episode special!”

Of course, it’s not Queer Eye without the makeover. The show has chosen four men and women from different backgrounds were selected to be featured in this special. And guess what? Netflix also invited a fan to meet the Fab Five.
“In just a year since we launched season one, Queer Eye has become a global phenomenon once again and the Fab Five are truly the ambassadors of self-care and compassion that the world needs now more than ever,” Queer Eye creator and producer David Collins tells Deadline.
Netflix, if you’re listening, we also need the “ambassadors of self-care and compassion” here in the Philippines.
