Tinted lip balms are underrated heroes in my opinion. They marry the necessity of hydrating your lips with making them look pretty. The sheer color they provide means you don’t have to commit to anything if you want to change your lip midday (It’s a free country, you do what you want). You can also easily put it on without a mirror while rushing or just whenever you’re lips feel a little dry.
When lipsticks prove too much of an effort, colored lip balms are a good alternative especially for that “no makeup” makeup look. If you aren’t sold on the item at this point, I don’t know what else I can tell you. If agree with me, read on to know more about some tinted lip balms you can pick up.

You’ll like this lip balm if you are into waxier formulations. My tube of Burt’s Bees goes with me in colder climates as it applies on thick, protecting my lips from windburn. Benefit Cosmetics BeneBalm
Cute names aside, this tube has a rose tint that’s great for almost every other skin tone. It is also buildable for when you want a bit more pigment but in want of an actual lipstick. Benefit. Available at Greenbelt 5.
Sephora Collection Sweet Balm
The packaging on this balm is a throwback to younger days. Don’t be fooled, though, as it delivers what you need as a grown woman. It’s hydrating and waxy, best for chapped lips. Available via SephoraPH.
Crayola™ Chubby Stick Intense Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm in Brick Red
For the ultimate throwback to your childhood, this one is the ticket. The tapered end allows you to outline your lips. You get defined puckers, color payoff, and the hydration easily. Clinique. Available at Rustan’s The Beauty Source, Glorietta 4.
