Doug Kramer sets fitness goals he can sustain ’til he’s 60

Former professional basketball player and celebrity father Doug Kramer is so passionate about keeping himself healthy that he already has plans on how to stay fit all the way until he reaches his 60s.

“Me and against myself,” he said in his Instagram page last Friday, Sept. 9, where he shared a portrait of himself shirtless, with his muscles shown.

Kramer believes that to challenge himself, he needs to “put up a personal fitness level goal” and that is to be at his “best physical shape” and “healthiest” when he turns 40.

“Then sustain till I’m 60,” he explained. He also attested to the fact that once a person gets older, metabolism “slows down tremendously.”

“If I chose to let go, golly, I can smash a whole pizza and a cake all to myself,” he said. “I don’t have to, but I WANT to.”

With that, Kramer has to keep himself disciplined while there are “so much good food to resist” and “habits to change.”

“I’m willing to take the road less traveled,” he stressed. “Health is wealth!” JB
