TV host Korina Sanchez took time out from her very hectic schedule to bond with friends over good food and interesting banters in between.

Sanchez shared what the once-in-a-blue moon chika moment was about as can be seen in her Instagram post on Wednesday, where she shared two group photos with vlogger-socialite Small Laude, model-turned-designer Tina Maristela Ocampo, lifestyle writer and entrepreneur Mons Romulo, and restauranteur Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo.

“It’s a full moon celebration and happens to be a long overdue reunion of four essential women who happen to be very noisy when they come together. Over bubbly, Thai and Indian food, the topics jumped leaps and bounds and…. kulang parin ang oras (the hours are not enough),” she said in her post.

While it was obviously a meeting of fashionable friends, the occasion was also timed for the celebration of Korina’s birthday last October 5, as can be gleaned from Mons Tantoco’s IG post.

The girly conversation was varied as the group talked about topics that are disparate, interesting and mother-friendly.

“CONVERSATION: You have to be good not just with school admin of your kids but particularly with the teacher kung saan mahina ang baby mo,” Korina captioned her post.

They also talked about how “everyone has energy to heal and that “we only need to harness it and believe,” noting that “social media as a business can be lucrative but exhausting.”

Of course, they talked about life essentials, such as health.

“MCT oil is important brain food to prevent or mitigate Alzheimers or dementia. Start NOW… Preventive medicine is the way to go. Dont wait for symptoms. A blood test can show what you need work on before any onset,” Korina said.

She said that people need to get together more often with friends as “happy socialization prolongs life.”

But other topics mentions? “Censored,” she said with an zipper face emoji. EDV
