It was a meaningful celebration of partnerships, collaborations and support.
On Nov. 15, the Philippine Daily Inquirer hosted an appreciation lunch, called “Tremendously Thankful,” as a way of expressing its heartfelt gratitude to its most valued partners for their continued support for the country’s leading newspaper. It was the perfect occasion to see old friends again and meet new acquaintances, especially as the pandemic had severely limited physical meetings in the last two years.
Gracing the occasion were top officials and editors of the Inquirer, who shared a sumptuous lunch at Casa Buenas in Newport World Resorts with executives from some of the country’s biggest corporations.
“A great sense of gratitude fills our hearts because of all the support that you’ve given the Inquirer Group of Companies. Thank you for believing in us and for making us part of your growth,” said Inquirer Group of Companies CEO Sandy Prieto-Romualdez.
Inquirer VP and group head for sales Kat Garcia-Dalusong also warmly welcomed the guests, noting that “it really feels nice to see familiar faces and have everyone gathered here for this thanksgiving event, which also serves as a testament to our unwavering partnership with each of you.”
She added, “As our renewed commitment to serve and help with your media needs, we at Inquirer Group of Companies and PDI will continue to work with you to deliver new exciting and innovative media solutions in our product roadmap.”
For his part, Inquirer president and CEO Atty. Rudyard Arbolado highlighted the valuable partnership formed over the years.
“We can’t say thank you enough. Your support was, is, and will always be valued by us, by team Inquirer,” he said.
