This women’s month, we’re looking at all the ways to experience vitality. Across the sprawling space on the ground level of the SM Megamall Mega Fashion Hall, beauty brands and food collide in an experience that can help you nurture yourself through beauty and a positive connection with food.
Through a variety of skincare and soul food, you can treat yourself to one-of-a-kind products at “Feast On Beauty” on a limited time from March 6 to 19, 2023. Check out some of the collaborations of nourishing beauty products and soul-food themed booths.
1. Salon De Thé and Estée Lauder team up with Double Wear Macarons
Taking a bite into that first macaron can transport you to the cobblestoned streets of Paris. What more if you wear the stay-in-place makeup of quintessential French brand Estée Lauder? In a cream-colored combo that matches macarons with a flawless, matte foundation, you can get both in a box of five.
2. Refresh with Origins’ Ginzing Gel Cream and Satchmi’s House Blend Iced Tea
The summer heat is coming on fast, and with the strong rays of the sun, we need to take extra care of our skin. Origins offers a go-to product to nurture your skin with their Ginzing Energizing Gel, mixed with healthy caffeine and niacinamide ingredients. Paired with a glass of Satchmi’s house blend iced tea, your skin and body are sure to be refreshed and ready for the summer heat.
3. Soft Serve Sundaes by The Lost Bread and Hydration with Clinique Care
Treat yourself to some sweetness with a pastel-pink colored combo. Clinique’s moisture surge promises 100 hours of auto-replenishing hydration for soft and smooth skin. And of course, there are few things that bring more happiness than a generous serving of ice cream. You can choose from two soft-serve cones made by The Lost Bread – a soft serve in acai and strawberry flavors with graham bits and a butter coconut wafer, or keep it simple with plain strawberry soft serve and fragrant rose syrup.
4. For the Vegan Gals: Aveda Haircare and Fresh Project Pop Shake ice pops
Combining the art and science of pure flower and plant essences, French Vegan brand Aveda is offering a slew of products to care for your hair, body and skin. You can choose from the nutrient-powered Nutri-plenish conditioner to detangle and hydrate your hair, or botanical repair in an overnight strengthening serum. To pair, stay natural with a selection of Picole’s Project Pop Shakes – dairy-free fruit pops in watermelon, strawberry, lemon and calamansi flavors.
5. Cleanse with the Body Shop’s Vegan Body Yogurt and the activated charcoal in BLK 513
We’re all fans of BLK 513’s activated charcoal yogurt. The black-hued frozen yogurt removes toxins and strengthens your immune system. They are offering limited edition yogurts just for this experience at SM Megamall, from dark yogurt to salty biscuit – all inspired by The Body Shop’s own Vegan Body Yogurt, in a slew of flavors from Almond, Strawberry, Pink GrapeFruit, British Rose and of course the cleansing elements of Himalayan Charcoal.
Other Himalayan Charcoal-based products include a purifying glow mask, skin clarifying night peel and a clay wash.
6. Nourish inside and out with Koomi’s Orange Collagen Drink and Innisfree’s brightening products
How can we say no to a Koomi and innisfree collaboration? Your favorite yogurt drink is teamed up with the effective Korean skincare brand Innisfree, through a brightening pore serum to keep your skin bright on a daily. You can also try their green tea seed serum and all-natural retinol. Double up on your skincare from the inside with the limited edition Orange Collagen Yogurt from Koomi, featuring yogurt, orange marmalade, aloe vera and kiwi.
7. Luxuriate with LUSH and Indulge in Cupcakes by Sonja
Everybody needs a little LUSH in their life, the same way everybody loves the original Cupcakes by Sonja. You can choose from Lush’s Conga sweet vanilla and raspberry shower jelly to the ocean salt face and body scrub. Not to mention Sympathy for the Skin body lotion with touches of banoffee-scented cream. Sonja offers cupcake variants to match your LUSH mood, from an Ocean Salt Vegan Chocolate Cupcake to a Vegan Berrylicious cupcake, and more.
8. Sweet self care with Pili Ani and a Sunday Bake donut
Local brand Pili Ani is collaborating with Sunday Bake on a few scrumptious limited-edition donuts. Pair your Pili Ani antioxidant-rich Face Oil with a vanilla and oat-filled Strawberry Self-care and Bake donut. The natural skincare and wellness brand is sure to re-energize your body with some sweetness from these low-calorie vegan donuts.
9. Beautify with Kiko Milano Makeup and Nineteen Degrees Multi-colored Refreshments
Kiko Milano is one of the most sought-after makeup brands in Europe, and the No. 1 in Italy. They’re bringing some of their best products to the country with the double touch liquid lip color and water eyeshadow, which looks strikingly similar to the Nineteen Degrees double-hued Ube Latte. Other Nineteen Degrees drinks share a similar shine to Kiko’s products, from their Hue Glow to the 3D Hydra Lipgloss and Glitter Highlighter looks.
