Gently cooked to crisp and tender perfection, the mouthwatering slow-roasted suckling pig dish will be served with mushroom and garlic-roasted potatoes, spring asparagus, and homemade peach chutney. The delicious entrée comes with a freshly stewed Spanish Garlic and Pimentón Soup and a sampler of desserts from the restaurant’s pastry kitchens.
The Cochinillo Asado meal is priced at P1, 600+ and serves two people.
