It’s been seven years since Charlene Almarvez won the title of Ford Supermodel of the World and to this very day, she continues to make waves in the fashion industry—far from the Philippines and all the way in New York, but who cares?
Her latest project was Marchesa’s spring/summer 2018 bridal presentation that took place in Canoe Studios. The luxury brand, known for their dreamy wedding gowns, posted photos of how they prepped backstage with Charlene front and center.

During the presentation, she wore a deep-V bridal gown with layers of what looks like delicate tulle paired with black beaded chandelier earrings to accentuate the face and neckline of the bride. The rest of the collection featured the creative duo Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig’s penchant for black ribbons. It almost made us wish to get married right here, right now.
And Charlene, you’re looking great and we love blonde on you!
