Does a Spanish Christmas feast appeal to your palate? If so, Bistronomia restaurants have new dishes that will add that festive appeal to the Holidays.
At Las Flores, one must try these starters to whet your appetite—Grilled Scallops, Sopa de Verduras, Ensalada Verde, and Ensalada de Patata. They’re light and fresh and just right to jumpstart a feast. For those craving for pasta, the simple yet flavorful Spaghetti Aglio Olio is a good choice. What’s Spanish cuisine without paella? Las Flores’ Paella Vieras has scallops, aioli, and parsley. Other new offerings worth trying are Marmitako which is essentially tuna and potatoes stew; Chipirones en su Tinta con Arroz, Grilled Halibut, and Lomo de Cerdo en Salsa.
Over at Rambla, feast on new starters, Vieras Gratinadas, Sopa de Cebolla, Sopa de Setas y Puerro, Ensalada Verde, and Calamar a la Plancha. Mains include Paella Pollo, Spaghetti Bolognese and Red Lapu-Lapu Bilbaina.
Bistronomia’s sexy tapas bar, Tomatito, recommends the following to start your meal: Mini Pork Buns, Ensaladilla Rusa, Ensalada Cogollos, and Sope Calabaza y Curry. Proceed to hearty entrees such as Caldereta de Cordero, Flamenquin, Brochetas Pollo, and Brochetas Cerdo.
BCN by Flores, meanwhile, recently introduced Sopa de Verduras, Paella de Pollo, Grilled Barramundi, and Escalopines.
Finally, Spanish and Mediterranean dishes take centerstage at Rumba. New on the menu are Ostras en Ceviche, Sopa de Patata y Bacon, Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Arroz Almejas, Bacalao, Halibut with baked potatoes and Bilbaina sauce, Polpette, Somillo Cerdo and Pollo Napolitana.
The choices are aplenty, so guests’ cravings can be satisfied, whether their preference is fish, meat, vegetables, or seafood. Whatever you choose, don’t forget their new Holiday cocktails- Yellow Mellow Tree and Merry Berry.
