MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Malls Circuit, the lifestyle and entertainment destination south of Makati, is the new home of two Bistro Group concepts, Italianni’s and Texas Roadhouse. Their opening is perfectly timed for the season of family reunions, corporate parties, and friends who want to do a year-ender get together, and any celebrations in between, all throughout the year. Now, guests living in this part of Makati don’t need to go elsewhere to satisfy their cravings for their favorite steaks or Italian-American fare.
Italianni’s: “Amore di Merrier” celebrations await
Italianni’s at the Circuit Mall can seat up to 91 guests who will certainly cozy up to the aesthetic yet homey and welcoming vibe, while indulging in the much sought after classics such as pastas and pizzas, Sicilian Salad, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Spinach and Artichoke Formaggio, Chicken Italianni’s, Grilled Pork Chop Au Poivre, New York Cheesecake, and a roster of desserts and drinks. But off course, any Italianni’s meal wouldn’t be complete without their signature Tuscan and Focaccia breads (that are bubbly and crispy on the outside, and pillowy soft on the inside), which come served fresh with olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar that will surely whet and welcome one’s appetite.
Apart from the well-loved classics, Italianni’s introduces some new dishes that will truly tease your taste buds, starting with appetizers such as the Mushroom Arancini (risotto balls mixed with mushroom and cheese and served with garlic and truffle sauce) and light, refreshing salads Shrimp and Pomelo (lettuce, arugula, pomelo, shrimps and walnuts tossed in a honey balsamic vinegar, topped with parmesan cheese), and Watermelon, Cucumber and Feta (watermelon, cucumber, arugula, olives, onion, basil tossed in Italian vinaigrette with feta cheese and roasted pecan nuts).
If you love the classic Spinach Artichoke Formaggio, you will definitely hanker for the new Creamy Spinach Artichoke Pizza, topped with spinach, artichoke, alfredo cream sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, and sundried tomatoes. Your choice of thick or thin. New meat and seafood entrees include the Slow-Braised Oxtail (cooked in aromatics, red wine reduction, served with rice pilaf and crispy fried onion); the Grilled 1 lb. Bone-in Pork Chop, which is perfectly seared then blanketed in Italian sausage and mixed veggies. For pescatarians and fish lovers, the Pan-Fried Halibut with Clams is the perfect choice. All these dishes are best enjoyed with a sip or two of Italianni’s new mocktails: Hibiscus Limonata, Basil Cucumber Bliss, Elderflower Fizz, Citrus Mint Cooler and Rosy Sip.
The Italianni’s food culture (Eat’s a celebration!) has always been centered on sharing comfort dishes with family and friends, making every meal a heart-warming dining experience.
Texas Roadhouse: Yee-haw, the legend has landed
Texas Roadhouse has always been known for its legendary food and legendary service, and foodies frequenting the Circuit Mall can now sink their teeth into the restaurant’s hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, and its famous soft, freshly baked bread—all of which are perfect when paired with the Texas Roadhouse’s Legendary Margarita. Peruse the menu and you’ll discover a delicious world of salads, appetizers, steak sets, platters, signature bundles, prime sets, legendary combos, desserts, and other beverages. Everything is served in portions good for sharing so you could get more bang for your buck.
It’s not only the food that’s legendary at Texas Roadhouse because the fun is, too! The team takes pride in their commitment to serve, plus, you get to enjoy an occasional line dance from them—live! —to keep the dining energy fever pitch. So, giddy up, urban cowboys, and mosey down to Texas Roadhouse.
Cross ordering? No problem
As guests, you may cross-order from both restaurants, as you please. Explore both menus and see what dishes speak to you when you visit. Steaks from Texas Roadhouse plus pastas from Italianni’s. Pizzas and ribs? Why not? They’ve got whatever strikes your fancy.
And good news for fur parents! Because Ayala Malls Circuit Makati is a pet-friendly complex (complete with a dog park and play place for pets), a roofed al fresco seating is available for both restaurants so guests could tag their pooches along while wining and dining.
