We here at Nolisoli.ph are no strangers to a good book sale. As writers and artists, the prospect of getting a whole haul of books for cheap is a really attractive one. Besides, it also helps democratize reading: If books can’t be free, then they can at least be cheap so more people can have access to them!
For the whole month of August, the secondhand store Books for Less will having a warehouse sale where you can buy books for as low as P35. You can drop by their warehouse at 643 Frankfurt St. Mercedes Ave. San Miguel, Pasig City, which is open everyday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you don’t know how to get there, the store has published a handy set of directions here.
Don’t want to go all the way to their main warehouse? That’s fine, you can still drop by any of their mall branches—the sale will also be happening there! Of course, the warehouse will have a wider selection, but you don’t have to sprawl through an entire building’s worth of books to find a cheap one you like.
