A year after the New York premium fast food joint famous for its milkshake and burgers first arrived in the country [READ: A first look at the newly opened Shake Shack in BGC], the Shake Shack hype is still going strong. So it comes as no surprise that the brand is finally coming to Makati.
On Mar. 1, Shake Shack announced that it’ll be opening a branch in Greenbelt on its social media pages, with its Instagram pointing out in the comments section that it’ll be at Greenbelt 5. This will be the third branch in the country, after opening in Bonifacio High Street and SM Megamall.
There aren’t many details yet about the Makati branch, but you can probably expect that it’ll carry the classic ShackBurger, SmokeShack, meat-free ‘Shroom Burger, Shack-cagi Dog and classic crinkle-cut fries as well as the Philippine-exclusive items first seen in the BGC branch like the calamansi frozen custard ice cream and the frozen custard ube shake.
