This quezo de bola flower bread is giving us early holiday vibes

It’s already September, and that means our three-month yuletide celebration (as per local tradition) has started. Aside from blasting Christmas songs, some of us have also begun putting up holiday decors. To amplify this yuletide cheer we’re already feeling, why don’t we start bringing in Christmas food to our tables for some Noche Buena pre-gaming, too?

Among the treats we’re adding to our carts for early holiday vibes is this delectable take on a type of cheese that we strongly associate with the season. Often served with ham or pandesal, quezo de bola is a staple on every Filipino’s Noche Buena table. For a (quite literal) twist, Milk & Honey Bakery incorporates it into this eye-catching pull-apart bread.

Available for P690, the bakery’s quezo de bola pimiento flower bread is made up of three cheese pimiento and quezo de bola spread in each of its layers. It is approximately 12 inches in diameter, giving you enough servings to share with your family.

Aside from quezo de bola, the bakery also offers Nutella, ube jam and garlic cheese flavors for its flower bread.

To order, send Milk & Honey Bakery an accomplished form on Instagram and wait for a confirmation message. Payments can be made via BPI or Gcash and delivery will be available through Grabfood, Lalamove and Mr. Speedy.
