Every night, we go through the tedious job of removing our makeup after work. It’s always the same—grab a makeup wipe or pour micellar water on a cotton ball, and end up using a lot to get rid of everything on your face.
Recently, I found that using cleansing oil works just as well, maybe even better. A drop or two can easily melt off makeup before washing your face, and you’re done for the night. With that, we’ve rounded up various types of cleansing oils that’ll work for any need.
Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Botanical Cleansing Oil
Made from essential lavender and primrose oils, this product emulsifies your makeup and leaves your skin moisturized. It’s also lightweight and works well in removing matte lipstick. Believe me, it easily melted the Colourpop Ultra Matte, which is usually difficult to remove with just micellar water. Available at Greenbelt 5 and Powerplant Mall.
Bioré Cleansing Oil
We know how hard it is to remove waterproof mascara (I’ve tried so many products!) without tugging at your lashes out. L’Occitane Shea Butter Cleansing Oil
