Some of Asia’s biggest stars are performing at the World Trade Center this weekend

Bini, Juan Karlos, and Zild are among those performing at the first edition of ASIYA: Asian Music Festival & Conference

 


 

The ASIYA: Asian Music Festival & Conference is taking place this Oct. 12 and 13 at the World Trade Center. The two-day event is set to showcase some of the region’s hottest artists—from our favorite local chart-toppers to new talents from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and more.

Day one performers include homegrown stars such as Reese Lansangan, Flu, and the new-look UDD.

Imase, who went viral for the highly successful “Night Dancer” is also making an appearance. A special performance will also be staged by South Korean band Hyukoh in collaboration with Taiwan-based Sunset Rollercoaster.

Rounding day one are Babychair, Colde, Gabba, Numcha, and Urbandub.

 

For the second day, Ysanygo, Zild, and Juan Karlos will be reppin’ the Filipino flag, while Blooms are predicted to flood the World Trade Center as Bini will be headlining the festival’s final day.

Joining them are Jose Miguel, 9M88, Balming Tiger, Salsa, and Shye.

ASIYA is also more than just a platform for performances; it’s also a vibrant meeting ground for the music industry. Together, in one place, ASIYA brings fans, musicians, and industry veterans to celebrate the rich and diverse sounds of Asia.

Prior to the performances, several panel discussions will explore different topics—from the future of live music performances and how to start building your music career to the different music markets internationally and the ins and outs of music festivals—courtesy of various industry leaders.
