The hopefuls that made it include hard rock band Imelda, funk-RNB-chill wave outfit Nights of Rizal & The One Pesos, electro-rock group Submission, and experimental popstar of our times Pikoy, whom we sat down with two months ago for SCOUT Friday Picks.

Aside from getting the chance to perform on the AOTN stage, they’ll also be able to exchange ideas from East and Southeast Asian music experts. That sounds exactly like the dream.
All of the Noise will run from Nov. 23 to 24.
