From the jaw-dropping runway looks to the unforgettable performances, we’re still swooning over the show’s best moments
After a six-year hiatus, the Angels made their runway return to New York for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 15, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.
The show was canceled in 2019 after suffering from declining viewership and facing heavy criticism regarding the brand’s lack of inclusivity. Once a highly anticipated event that defined the lingerie industry, the fashion show struggled to remain relevant to newer audiences.
Victoria’s Secret had long been accused of failing to embrace diversity in its casting choices, a critique that reached its peak in 2018. Allegations surfaced against Ed Razek, a former executive for the brand’s parent company, involving claims of misogyny, bullying, and harassment. Razek reportedly resisted internal efforts to modernize the brand, refusing to cast plus-size or transgender models, even as the fashion world was embracing more inclusive representation. Just a year later, in 2019, Razek stepped down from his post.
After a complete rebranding, Victoria’s Secret announced the return of its iconic fashion show in 2024, sparking excitement among fans. Watching the Hadid sisters take to the runway, alongside the comeback of veteran Angels, brought a wave of nostalgia that took us back to the days when we eagerly watched the show.

Gigi Hadid opening the show
The show kicked off with Angel Gigi Hadid, who gracefully strutted down the runway in a silk pink playsuit paired with silver wraparound heels. Her pastel pink wings evoked the signature fluttery wings that have become iconic to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The backdrop reading “We’re Back” marked the triumphant return of the fashion show that got fans excited.
Star-studded performances from Lisa, Tyla, and Cher
What’s a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show without music? For its grand return, the show amplified the energy with a lineup of powerhouse female performers, delivering pop hits that perfectly complemented the dazzling presence of the Angels on stage.
Blackpink’s Lisa made a bold entrance in a chic leather motorcycle-inspired ensemble, captivating the crowd with her performance of her hit song “Rockstar.” She later returned in a stunning lace bodysuit paired with metallic wings, perfectly complementing her enchanting performance of her latest release, “Moonlit Floor.”
Tyla followed with captivating performances of her hit songs “Push 2 Start” and “Water,” dazzling the crowd in a sheer, glittering two-piece paired with soft, fluffy white angel wings.
Cher was the last to take the stage, transforming the runway into a disco with a medley of “Strong Enough” and “Believe.” At 78, she still dazzled in black glittery cargo pants, a strappy top, and diamonds while models in red mouthed along to the iconic hits.
Adriana Lima’s comeback
A standout moment of the show was 43-year-old Adriana Lima’s triumphant return to the Victoria’s Secret runway after six years. The iconic Angel looked flawless in a plaid lingerie set with chic criss-cross strings, paired with mauve and black plaid sleeves and matching pants. Lima completed the look with stunning pink glass-like wings that beautifully complemented her striking ensemble, making her comeback truly unforgettable.
Moss mother-daughter duo debuts as Angels
Another memorable moment came when two new Angels graced the runway—the legendary Kate Moss and her 22-year-old daughter, Lila Moss. The mother-daughter duo made a stunning debut, enthralling the audience with their star power, marking a special generational moment for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Kate the supermodel made a showstopping appearance in a sheer black lace dress, paired with her signature black feathered angel wings as she confidently strutted down the runway to the song “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.” Kate not only rolled back the clock but proved age is not a limiting factor on the runway—56-year-old Carla Bruni also graced the catwalk.
Lila later took the runway solo, stunning in a blush two-piece lingerie set accented with fringe leather sleeves and sparkling body jewelry. Her look was made even more iconic by her custom wings, which read “Lila M.,” marking her debut with a personal touch that left a lasting impression.
Alex Consani and Valentina Sampaio made history
Angels Alex Consani and Valentina Sampaio made history as the first transgender women to walk the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, breaking barriers for greater inclusivity in the industry.
Consani was a vision in a shimmering silver angel ensemble, perfectly complemented by plush, padded wings. Her look was accessorized with a striking silver chain belt and sky-high heels by Rene Caovilla, featuring elegantly coiled straps that wrapped around her ankles.
Sampaio also made a bold statement on the runway, showcasing a giant black and copper striped bow. Her lingerie ensemble featured a sleek black satin bra with delicate embellishments, paired with matching low-rise underwear and a jeweled fishnet midi-length skirt that added a touch of glamour to her look.
Tyra Banks closing the show
They say all good things must come to an end, but at Victoria’s Secret, the finale was elevated by the stunning return of Tyra Banks, who gracefully closed the show. The 50-year-old smized and dazzled in black tights and a chic bustier, complemented by a dramatic long-sleeved black and silver cape that she showcased at the end of the runway.
“As I walk, think about YOUR dreams, what YOU want to accomplish. That thing you’ve been doubting about yourself. That thing you’re not sure you are confident enough to accomplish,” wrote Banks in an Instagram post ahead of the show.
