It’s the “best steak anywhere.” The 277-seater restaurant serves only the finest USDA-certified Prime Steaks, a grading achieved by less than 2% of the beef in America. This is the highest quality of beef and is abundant in marbling, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The steaks are cut to Morton’s specifications with some cuts being aged for 23-28 days, imparting a unique flavor profile and making the steak awesomely tender. Morton’s offers several cuts like the Dry-Aged Bone-In Strip, Signature Cut New York Strip, 36oz Tomahawk, Filet Mignon, and many more.
The Filet Mignon, a signature dish, pairs perfectly with the Maine Lobster Tail, but you can make it even better with bacon wrapped sea scallops and shrimp cocktail, Blue Cheese Butter, or Black Truffle Butter. You can enjoy any steak “Oscar Style” too, pairing your prime meat with Jumbo Lump Crab Meat with Asparagus and Béarnaise sauce.
Delicacies of the sea are also arrayed at Morton’s like the rich and decadent Maine Lobster Tail and the Prime Ocean Platters which feature an assortment of superb seafood enjoyed chilled or baked.

Gabion walls with lava rock, accenting oxblood colors, along with multiple lighting fixtures come together at the Philippines’ first location of Morton’s The Steakhouse. There are two (2) private rooms that can accommodate 6 persons and 12 persons.
