Festival season is kicking off at the Aseana City Concert Grounds
PLUS63 Festival is gearing up for its highly-awaited Manila debut on Feb. 23, 2025 at the Aseana City Concert Grounds.
Named after the Philippines’ country code, this year’s festival season kickstarter was first staged in Cebu in 2016 in time for the Sinulog Festival. Past headliners include Steve Angello, Steve Aoki, and Joji.
Whether you’ve yet to buy your tickets or you’re figuring out your itinerary for the 23rd, here’s everything you need to know in time for the PLUS63 Festival.

A star-studded lineup
PLUS63 Festival has invited two-time Grammy-nominated artist Kehlani to lead its lineup this year. Known for her aggressive yet sultry R&B sound, her hottest hits include “After Hours,” “Gangsta,” and “Nights Like This.” She is also coming off an eventful 2024 in which she released two albums, “Crash” and “While We Wait 2.”
Joining her are the following artists:
Raveena, a queer Indian American artist who combines Bollywood-inspired tunes with modern R&B pop. Some of her most popular songs include “Temptation,” “Honey,” and “If Only.” She is also the first woman of Indian heritage to perform solo at Coachella.
James Reid, who needs no introduction, just released his much-anticipated EP, “jgh” last year.
RINI, a Filipino-born singer-songwriter, is known for his soulful hits like “My Favorite Clothes” and “Meet Me in Amsterdam.”
Jenevieve, the Miami-born artist behind “Baby Powder” and “Résumé.”
Jolianne, the R&B/pop rising star whose soothing vocals and all-too-relatable lyricism have earned her a growing following. She also just released her first EP, “Plain Girl.”

Lastly, MRLD, a singer-songwriter from the Philippines behind the hit songs “An Art Gallery Could Never Be As Unique As You” and “Ligaya.”
A culinary festival to boot
PLUS63 Festival is bringing along chef Alvin Cailan to lead its culinary offerings. The Filipino American is behind Eggslut and is the author of “Amboy: Recipes from the Filipino-American Dream.” Festivalgoers can expect a curated selection of food and beverage options that combine both global and local tastes.
Where to go, where to eat, and where to stay
The festival is bound to be a long day. For those who’d rather not stay cooped up in one place for too long—or are looking for things to do before and after, consider these:
In need of a pick-me-up? Grab a much-needed cup of coffee to ready yourself for the long day ahead at The Matcha Tokyo and Lé Reale Caffé at the Parqal Mall. Heading to Ayala Malls Manila Bay, you can also go to Old Town White Coffee and Cotti Coffee.
Let’s not forget the most important thing for those bringing their cars. You can park your vehicle at Parqal Parking (operating hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekends) and Ayala Malls Manila Bay Parking (basement parking is 24/7). Be sure to arrive early as no doubt you’ll be fighting over parking slots if you come a second too late.
