This is a non-negotiable: You need fitness in your life right now

Fitness isn’t only about lifting heavy or running fast. It is also about performing daily tasks free of fatigue, breathlessness, pain, and discomfort

Being fit is not only about reaching an ideal body fat percentage, lifting heavy, or running fast. It is also about performing daily tasks free of fatigue, breathlessness, pain, and discomfort.

Don’t be intimidated by the word “fit.” Everyone can achieve daily fitness regardless of age, gender, weight, health condition, or socioeconomic status. Whether you’re a housewife busy with daily chores, a regular employee who commutes to and from the workplace, or a medical doctor who deals with numerous patients around the clock.

You may have the looks, a continuously growing successful business, and amazing people around you, but none of these matter in the long run if you fail to focus on improving your fitness to prevent unfavorable health issues.
