Global fashion brand & Other Stories has announced that the awarded British designer Jonathan Saunders has been appointed by the brand as their new chief creative officer.
Recognized for his refined aesthetic and strong brand vision, Saunders will now take charge of & Other Stories’ brand evolution. & Other Stories managing director Lina Soderqvist says of Saunders’ appointment: “Jonathan brings a refined blend of creativity and passion to & Other Stories and will play a key role in taking the brand into the next phase. His engagement and creative leadership, combined with a deep understanding of contemporary fashion, will be instrumental as we move forward.”
Saunders, who also leads his own eponymous label, has been known for his innovative designs using print and silk screening. His work has also been worn by international personalities like Madonna, Kylie Minogue, and Michelle Obama.
Prior to his appointment at & Other Stories, he has been chief creative officer at Diane von Furstenberg, creative director of Pollini, and has been a consultant for brands like Calvin Klein, Tiffany & Co., Chloe, Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen, Pucci, and Marc Jacobs.
