Summer continues to sizzle in Hong Kong ― Asia’s number one summer destination. To celebrate the city’s hot events and cool places, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is inviting everyone to the Hong Kong Summer Spectacular 2012 – HK Summer Showreels Contest.

To join, simply upload your stylish photos to www.HongKongSummer.com/ph, make a short video from the photos you uploaded, and post it on your Facebook page.  The contestant who garner the highest votes will win a trip for two persons to Hong Kong and participate in the Visa go Hong Kong Super Shopper 2012 as a competing team representing the Philippines.

The Visa go Hong Kong Super Shopper 2012 requires competing teams from around Asia to design and complete a one-day Hong Kong itinerary based on their preferences for dining, arts and culture, greenery and night life. Contestants also have to take snapshots to complement their itinerary as they explore Hong Kong’s summer attractions. On August 31, teams will present their snapshots to the judging panel, and share their itinerary concepts and shopping experiences The winning duo will share the grand prize – a Visa spending credit of HK$200,000.

Deadline for submission of entries is on July 19. Announcement of contest winner is on the first week of August. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email.
