Catch James Reid, Phum Viphurit and more at this 8-hour fundraising stream

Virtual shows are far from over—just ask these acts from across the globe. Coming to your Twitch screens soon is #OurIdentity: Project Blue Marble, an eight-hour fundraising stream for COVID-19 relief, featuring acts like James Reid, Phum Viphurit and more.

Alongside Amazon Music, Far East Movement and other co-presenters, Los Angeles-based collective Transparent Arts is hosting the benefit show to help “unite Asian artists and leaders” in the fight against xenophobia and COVID-19, just in time for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

The eight-hour event will also feature musical acts such as Dumbfounded, Yuna, Raja Kumari, Jay Park and H1GHR Music, P-Lo, Shawn Wasabi, Yultron, MILCK, Raisa, ØZI, Maliibu Miitch and more.

It won’t be limited to music, though. You can expect special guests like poet Rupi Kaur, comedian Ronny Chieng, former F4 member Vanness Wu, NBA star Jeremy Lin, YouTubers Wong Fu Productions and “Fast and Furious” actor Sung Kang among the roster.

“It’s been inspiring to witness the strength of the human spirit through these tough times. Project Blue Marble is the result of our community’s togetherness, our passion to help and our need to be heard,” says Kev Nish, one of the event organizers.

Project Blue Marble is happening on May 30, 2 p.m. PST—rise and shine, because that’s 5 a.m. Philippine time, May 31. It will all go down on twitch.tv/amazonmusic, with proceeds from the benefit going to nonprofit United Way Worldwide.
