‘Sila-Sila,’ ‘Metamorphosis’ and other LGBTQ+ films are on iWant this Pride Month

This year, Pride month is limited to staying at home. Unfortunately, we can’t exactly march just yet, so we’ll have to settle on being loud and proud from the comforts of our rooms.

So what can we do to celebrate Pride? Well, kicking back and celebrating local rainbow cinema is indeed a fun way to do it.

It’s truly a happy Pride month for film buffs this year. To celebrate our LGBTQ+ community, iWant will stream Cinema One Originals films that are part of the local rainbow cinema. This includes Giancarlo Abrahan’s “Sila-Sila” and J.E. Tiglao’s “Metamorphosis.”

Apart from these two films, iWant will stream some commercial and indie LGBTQ+ films. Films like “Die Beautiful,” “Miss Bulalacao,” “Si Chedeng at si Apple” “Changing Partners,” “2 Cool 2 Be Forgotten,” “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes,” “Baka Bukas,” “Rome and Juliet,” “Philippino Story,” “Shift,” Esprit De Corps,” “Seoul Mates,” “T-Bird At Ako,” “Deadma Walking” and “Working Beks” are also available for us to watch. If you want to binge LGBTQ+ films, this is the perfect time to do so.

This will be available for subscribers via pay-per-view for P30 only. Nothing says happy Pride month like watching queer driven narratives mirroring our own lives.
