Hey, book lovers: Big Bad Wolf is coming to Pampanga

You think you’ve seen the last of Big Bad Wolf in Luzon for the year?

In their last season, the Big Bad Wolf visited each island group in the country once—Manila for Luzon, Davao for Mindanao, and Cebu for Visayas. But due to their advocacy to reach out to communities in need, in partnership with development foundation Gawad Kalinga, the “world’s largest booksale” is making a comeback in Luzon.

After bringing more than two million books to the World Trade Center in Pasay City  last February, the Big Bad Wolf is heading to LausGroup Event Centre, San Fernando City from July 12 to 22.

The book fair will not only be bringing millions of books and huge discounts; it will also be selling newer titles, majority of which are in the young adult fiction. Their wide selections of romance, science fiction, crime thriller, business, self-help, architecture, design, cooking, and children’s books will be up for sale for 24 hours.

Make sure to make the most out of this event, book lovers!

But if you’re based in either Cebu or Davao, don’t worry (or book a flight to Clark Airport immediately). Earlier this year, Big Bad Wolf’s co-founder Jacqueline Ng said they are “definitely looking towards going back to cities we’ve been to last year. It’s not about being there once. It’s about continuing to nurture the growth of interest in reading. We hope to go back to Cebu and Davao.”
