Tetsuo’s spicy chicken karaage is coming to Makati

As part of its celebrations on their fourth year of business, Katipunan’s spicy chicken karaage restaurant Tetsuo will be expanding its business by opening a second branch in Makati.

The restaurant will be setting up shop in the lively streets of Poblacion. As of writing, Tetsuo has not disclosed when their second branch will be opening its doors to customers.

Aside from bringing more people closer to its signature fried chicken and fried mantou ice cream buns, Tetsuo will also be expanding their menu to include fried chicken sandwiches, which people can try at their Katipunan branch until Nov. 30.

Tetsuo is a spicy chicken karaage concept that began as a food stall at the Ateneo de Manila University’s John Gokongwei Student Enterprise Center (JSEC): a cafeteria and a platform for student entrepreneurs to hone their craft. The concept draws heavily from Japanese food and culture.
