Jennifer “J.Lo” Lopez danced and sang her way to the conquest of 11,000 hardcore fans who flocked to the SM Mall of Asia Arena to see her show, “Dance Again World Tour.”
With her jaw-dropping beauty and body, J.Lo wowed the crowd. The Latin American sensation’s worldwide concert tour started in Panama City last June. She took the tour to Cosmo Manille where her one-night, sold-out concert attracted namedroppables, such as my hostess, Fila’s first lady Cris Albert, who had everyone looking her way and admiring her wow! outfit, which showed a round tattoo on her shoulder blade, dahlings.
Sharon Cuneta, who was in front of us, danced all throughout the one-hour-and-50-minute nonstop show.
New York gal Lorrie Reynoso and sister, restaurateur Cecille Reynoso, had dashed over from the airport from Hong Kong in time to see the fantastic concert.
TV’s Boy Abunda was thrilled with the whole show.
Sen. Manny Villar was with and his wife, Las Piñas Rep. Cynthia Villar.
Other VIPs: Senators Miriam Defensor-Santiago, Antonio Trillanes and Alan Peter Cayetano, with and his wife, Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano.
Former House of Representatives Speaker Joe de Venecia and wife, Pangasinan Rep. Gina de Venecia, also enjoyed the show, with their daughter Carissa de Venecia Evangelista.
Still other VIPs: Gov. Joe and Vicky Zubiri; businessman Richard Tiu, who was with his lady love Nikki Tang; Juan Elizalde and wife Bianca Araneta, plus tons of others like them, too many to mention, dahlings.
Lopez dazzled the crowd with her chart-topping songs dating from her first album to her most recent. She impressed the audience with her energy-packed dance showdowns. The world-class Mall of Asia Arena was, indeed, fitting to welcome an equally world-class performer.
Yes, palanggas, it truly was the concert of the year and one of the best I’ve seen. It left me breathless and voice-less from the screaming, cheering, shouting and dancing, and I’m sure many others had that same feeling like moi had, palanggas.
