“I’m very proud of the Enderun students who competed this weekend and the dishes that they’ve created,” says chef Jérôme Lacressonnière, instructor and consultant chef for Ducasse Education.

To aspiring chefs, he says, “Don’t be afraid to repeat the same gestures over and over again every day in order to improve, and until you fully master them. Talent only comes with practice and repetition.”
