At Kolisko Waldorf School (KWS), children are given space and time for unstructured play and discovery, art, music and movement which instill in them a love for learning.
This results in the formation of highly creative individuals who have the ability to think for themselves and come up with innovative solutions to problems that come their way. Children are allowed to unfold their unique potential and engage in society.
Kolisko Waldorf is holding an open house for parents who may want to know more about creative education through “Nurture, the Waldorf Way of Educating the Head, Heart and Hands.” The event will be on April 20, 8:30 a.m.-12 noon at 22 Alabama St., Brgy. Kristong Hari, New Manila, Quezon City (near Christ the King Seminary and Tri-Place Hotel).
The open house will be one morning of fun and discovery with KWS students, parents and teachers as guests experience what students go through in pre-school, lower school and middle school. There will be talks and testimonials, an open forum, musical performances, exhibits, and raffle prizes.
