Despite the glaring failures of the SEA Games organizers, we’re still hella proud of our competing athletes. We especially have our eyes on the young student-athletes who are already playing on a national level. Watching individuals like Carlos Yulo bag gold medals at the age of 19 just goes to show that the youth are on their A game.

These young bloods are out to join the ranks of world greats like Efren “Bata” Reyes and Paeng Nepomuceno and rep our country. Seeing as they’re fresh from the throes of UAAP season, we’re betting that these students are all revved up and hungry to win.
