Twelve of the 86 Miss Universe candidates visited SM Seaside City Cebu at the South Road Properties (SRP) in Cebu City, on Tuesday afternoon. If the sun doesn't shine in Cebu on Tuesday, the swimwear presentation for candidates of Miss Universe will have to be moved indoor. Arthur Lo, the corporate liaison officer of the Jpark Island Resort and Waterfront Cebu, said the original plan was to hold the show at the resort's Abalone Garden where two stages have been put up.
