Ballet Manila’s (BM) forthcoming anniversary presentation, “BM 2.0,” will have Chicago-based Joffrey Ballet dancers Christine Rocas and Rory Hohenstein, said artistic director and prima ballerina Lisa Macuja-Elizalde.
