To celebrate its 20th founding anniversary this November, the country’s first and leading professional culinary education institution, the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA, Manila), will have a string of activities, on the theme “Sustainability, Innovation and Filipino Cuisine to the World.”
Chinese food I would say is the most popular cuisine in the entire world. Almost any country I’ve visited has a Chinatown. Some have exceptional and authentic restaurants while others are far from the standards of Hong Kong. Examples of these places are New York, San Francisco, Vancouver, London and Paris.
There’s more to British food than fish and chips. As part of its “This is Great Britain” campaign, a five-month festival celebrating all that’s best about the country, the British Embassy in Manila has partnered with four of Metro Manila’s leading hotels to promote British cuisine.
