A nine-day taping in Japan for our TV show “Foodprints” gave us the chance to experience what is probably the most delicious Japanese cuisine.
The Nestle Chef to Chef event took us to Iloilo. Last time I was there was when our TV show “Foodprints” featured the best dining places and food discoveries in the province.
My culinary experience in Palawan started as soon as I boarded the plane to do a feature for the TV show “Foodprints,” which airs on the Lifestyle channel every Sunday at 8 pm.
Our “Foodprints” TV show is something I had always dreamt of doing. For me it’s the most fun job in the world—imagine going around the country to find the best eats and telling viewers about it.
We were in Davao for six days taping for the show “Foodprints” which looks for the best food in a province. By the end of our trip, Davao had to be one of the surprises of our second season.
Our show “Foodprints” landed in Davao to explore dining destinations. The province is known for fresh tuna and exotic fruits, but I really didn’t expect much. I thought the food would be ordinary and at least we’d be eating healthy.
The idea behind “Foodprints,” my new food show on the Lifestyle TV network, is to go to each province or town in the country and discover and share unknown food items.
The second season of our show “Foodprints” on the Lifestyle channel started doing the rounds to try to find the best places to eat all over the country.
“Foodprints” is a new show on the ABS-CBN Lifestyle Channel. It is a food show many viewers will be able to relate with. Its ultimate goal is to bring world recognition to Philippine cuisine via reports on undiscovered or little-known dishes of the country. So far, we in the show have visited two provinces, Ilocos Norte and Bulacan.
