“We have to produce it very fast, while making sure of the quality—every single bag has to be one hundred percent perfect.” Guests who visit Longchamp’s atelier can see themselves how it’s done. “You will see it’s done naturally with a lot of experience and expertise.” It’s hard to believe, but according to Séverin, it only takes less than 15 minutes for a craftsman to produce one Pliage bag.
