The Philippines’ Karen Ibasco was crowned 2017 Miss Earth in ceremonies staged at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay on Saturday night, making her the fourth Filipino woman to bag the crown. Katherine Espin from Ecuador, Miss Earth 2016, crowned her successor from among 85 other contestants in the 17th edition of the pageant.
