India wins Miss Supranational 2014, PH bet reaches top 20

MANILA, Philippines – India’s Asha Bhat bagged the 2014 Miss Supranational title during the coronation night on Friday held in Poland.

 

Bhat, who was also chosen as Miss Talent, was crowned by last year’s winner, Mutya Johanna Datul of the Philippines.

 

This year’s Philippine representative, Yvethe Santiago, made it to the Top 20.

 

Rounding up the top five were Thailand’s Parapadsorn “Pla” Disdramrong (1st runner-up), Gabon’s Maggaly Nguema (2nd runner-up), USA’s Allyn Rose (3rd runner-up), and Poland’s Katarzyna Krzeszowska.

 

Indonesia’s Estelita Liana won Best in National Costume and Malaysia’s Audrey Loke won Best Smile.

 

Han Thi of Myanmar was chosen Miss Internet, Gabriela Clesca of Canada was Miss Friendship, Zandra Flores, a Filipina who represents United Kingdom was Miss Elegance, Angela Lakocevic of Denmark was Miss Photogenic, Gu Wei of China was Miss Top Model and Ida Ovmar of Sweden was Miss Bikini.
