MANILA, Philippines–Miss World Philippines Valerie Weigmann failed to land in the top 10 semifinalists in the competition in London on Sunday (early Monday morning in Manila), after making it to the quarterfinals.
The 10 semifinalists were the candidates from India, South Africa, England, Guyana, Brazil, Hungary, Kenya, the United States, Mexico and Australia.
