Last November, Nintendo announced its partnership with Universal Studios Japan to come up with the first-ever Super Nintendo World theme park.

A sneak peek at the massive video-game-inspired attraction was teased on YouTube last week, showing a digitalized concept of the place.
Judging from the 31-second clip, the theme park looks to be a Mario-centric attraction, based on the popular lore’s Mushroom Kingdom.
Aside from everyone’s favorite mustached plumber, familiar characters are abundant in the clip, including a giant Bowser head, a massive Toad and the iconic yellow question mark blocks.
Meanwhile, some photos of the actual “Super Nintendo World” construction were leaked on Twitter.

The attraction is expected to open its gates to the public sometime in 2020. Subsequent but smaller Mario-themed attractions are also expected to debut in Universal Studios in Florida and other California sites. Khristian Ibarrola /ra
