In need of something to keep her breasts dry from sweat while getting ready for a date, one woman had to create a special towel that’s up for the task.
Aptly called the Ta Ta Towel, Erin Robertson from Los Angeles came up with the product to keep large breasts dry from “boob sweat” while allowing the wearer the comfort of not wearing a bra when at home.
The towel has already garnered some attention on the internet and despite the $45 (roughly P2,200) price tag, stocks are getting quickly sold out. It would appear that for some well-endowed women, the Ta Ta Towel is indeed the “boobs’ new breast friend.”
Due to high demand and the fact that these towels are all handmade, the site mentions a four to six weeks wait time upon pre-order. Cup sizes supported by Ta Ta Towels range from C to H. Colors and pattern designs vary per batch. So far, international orders are available for Canada and Europe, thanks to persistent email inquiries.
Whether it’s a stroke of genius or just a flavor of the month, some Facebook users appear to be loving the Ta Ta Towels.
According to the product website, the idea for Ta Ta Towels came about as Robertson was fretting on how to keep sweat from building up under her breasts while she prepared to go out. Disappointed that she could not find a solution in the online marketplace, she sewed up her first prototype. She later made a few more, gave them to friends and received positive feedback.
If you happen to be one of the women who have to deal with boob sweat, these towels may be just what you need. Should you be residing somewhere else in the world, a friendly email or message to the maker may help get a Ta Ta Towel shipped to your country. JB
