A new flavor of M&M’s chocolate candies was seen at a store in the United States. It’s a Halloween-themed flavor dubbed “Cookies & Screeem.”
This special edition M&M’s was described as having a dark chocolate speckled shell and a white chocolate core. In a way, it’s reminiscent of Oreo cookies, which are chocolate cookies sandwiching sweet white cream.
An image of the product was uploaded online by food news outlet JunkBanter, shared through Instagram. The M&M’s bag of chocolates was reportedly purchased from a Target mall branch.
The post also noted that M&Ms have explored similar flavors in the past, such as the Easter Sundae M&M’s, Double Chocolate M&M’s, and the Triple Chocolate M&M’s which will supposedly be available later in the year.
While not as diverse as Japanese Kit Kat offerings, M&M’s has had its own share of past variations. These include White Strawberry Shortcake, Pumpkin Spice and White Candy Corn, to name a few. Alfred Bayle/JB
