The large-scale city model aids in providing perspective regarding the location of specific Ayala properties. Lights around and inside the scale model help to highlight exact locations and landmarks. These are all controlled wirelessly through a tablet. Locations present on the model include Makati, Ninoy Aquino International Airport and parts of Quezon City.

A separate presentation room combines the use of a traditional projector presentation and animated 3D mapping technology. 3D mapping has been getting more use in big events recently, but a small-scale application like this has been rare so far, due to its prohibitive cost.

Two high-resolution short-throw projectors are hung from the ceiling to create this image over the physical model:

The setup reverts to a “Tron-like” mode when on standby:

Should clients want a more hands-on approach, they can be ushered into the mock-up room. The current setup represents one of the Arbor Lanes rooms available for purchase.

The company believes that using these new technological tools help to create a better experience for customers.
