MANILA, Philippines — Off to the Big Apple she goes!
Newly crowned Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is ready and all packed up as she heads to her new home in New York City.
In an Instagram post late Wednesday, the 24-year-old beauty queen can be seen clad in a stylish gray bomber jacket, jeans, and thigh-high boots, holding a metallic silver carry-on bag with a Philippine flag plastered on it, as she seems to be awaiting her flight bound for New York.
“Refreshed from a quiet holiday season with my loved ones, I’ve packed up my home in Manila and now I’m ready to move to my new home in New York City!! I still can’t believe it!” Gray wrote in the caption.
However, given that she has lived in a tropical country for a while, the Fil-Aussie stunner said she is “most nervous about experiencing the chill of NYC in winter.”
She then asked her Instagram followers for recommendations for things “to see, do and eat” in the Big Apple.
Gray, who was crowned last December 17 in Thailand, will be living in a luxury apartment in New York during her reign.
