Goldilocks introduces new store concept, refreshed menu of Filipino favorites

Goldilocks is serving up to something exciting and delicious.

To further meet the cravings and needs of its growing number of customers, one of the country’s most beloved bakeshops has recently introduced a new store concept—its first fast casual dine-in store that is sure to bring happy moments to millions of Filipino diners.

With its upgraded design and overhauled in-store services, the revamped look highlights Goldilocks’ comfortable, more welcoming atmosphere where customers can experience and enjoy its delectable cakes, pastries, and favorite Filipino dishes.

The look of the new store is more vibrant and refreshing to the eyes, exuding a more inviting vibe and feel for customers of all ages. The colors of the new store remain predominantly yellow and white, to reflect a much stronger Goldilocks branding.

This brand-new concept, located at the 3rd level of SM Megabridge, SM Megamall, is a significant stepping stone in the history of the company.

“We take pride in our strong heritage that has enabled us to serve our loving customers for the past 54 years. The opening of this new dine-in store aims to not only give thanks to our current customers but to welcome new members into the Goldilocks family,” said Genaline Austero, Goldilocks’ Vice President for Marketing.

The new casual dine-in store offers improved Goldilocks signature dishes and new equally exciting meals, desserts, and drinks on its menu—items that complement Goldilocks’ classic menu.

Among the new items (which put twists on Filipino favorites) that would be introduced include Lumpia Bicol Express Plate, Baked Caldereta with Gravy and Chips, Lasagna ala Cubana with Garlic Bread, and Sago Milk Tea.

The new store concept also offers freshly baked products such as Grilled Hamonado Ensaymada served with hot coffee, Chicken BBQ Empanada and Pork Sisig Empanada. These items are baked fresh daily to ensure customers enjoy only the most delicious goods every day.

For the more adventurous diners who want to taste something different, there’s also the Laing Pasta with Garlic Bread- Laing (yum!) and Baked Caldereta with Gravy and Chips (appetizing!)—two new food items that are sure to excite customers old and young alike.

“The opening of this store is only the beginning. We fully intend to make these specially crafted dishes available at all our restaurants nationwide. We are excited to welcome a new era for Goldilocks with the revamp, yet we assure our patrons that Goldilocks’ family-centered values will always be there,” Austero said.

Goldilocks plans to open more stores with this new dine-in concept, while some existing stores would be renovated to align to the company’s current branding.
